From the majestic bust of the Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius to the intricate Iznik tiles in Topkapi Palace, every corner of this enchanting country tells a story. As we explore Turkey's past, we encounter remnants of empires long gone. The Map of The Byzantine Empire takes us back to an era when Constantinople stood as the heart of civilization.
