EDITORS COMMENTS
Action-packed moments at Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit! Peter Reynolds and Daniel Quintero took to the track in their Ginetta G55 during the Masters Historic Festival on May 25th, 2024. The duo competed in two forty-minute races over the weekend, with a compulsory mid-race pit stop adding an extra layer of excitement to this thrilling event. As part of the Masters GT Trophy series, these endurance racers brought their Cup Class GT vehicles with Cup specification and Corse Class GT G-cars from Italian manufacturers to battle it out on the full Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit. The competition was fierce, with drivers navigating 12 corners over a total distance of approximately 4 kilometers. The event saw a mix of GT3 cars from 2005-2014, GT4 vehicles with expired homologation, and Cup Class machines that ran between 1999-2011. Group 2 cars (2012-2018) also made an appearance, adding to the diversity of this motorsport extravaganza. Captured by Chris McEvoy from CJM Photography as part of Motorsport Collections in 2024.
