"Thrilling Handicap Race Showcases Speed and Skill of Racing Cars" In a heart-pounding display of speed and skill, the racing cars took to the track for an exhilarating handicap race. Amongst the lineup were some notable contenders, including William Kirk in his CM27 5962 Austin 7 Monoposto, India Walker with her CM27 6032 Austin 7 Special, and John Moss driving his CM27 5961 Austin 7 Special. The competition was fierce as Simon Gallon revved up his engine in the BMW Frazer Nash 329-8 (CM27 5974), determined to leave everyone else in his dust. Not far behind him was another BMW Frazer Nash driven by Simon Gallon (CM27 6029), ready to give it their all on the racetrack. Alexander Hewitson showcased his skills behind the wheel of a Riley 12-4 Special (CM27 5975), while Mikes James roared past in his Riley TT Sprite replica (CM27 5976). The crowd couldn't help but be captivated by James' impressive performance as he pushed himself to the limit once again with another appearance in CM27 - this time with car number CM27 5999. Malcolm Hills made heads turn with his MG KN Special (CM27 5977), demonstrating precision and control throughout each lap. Alan Harpley brought an Avon Alvis Special (CM27 5979) into play, showcasing both power and elegance on every turn. Robert Cobden proved himself a force to be reckoned with as he unleashed the full potential of his Riley Falcon Specials - first appearing in car number CM27 5985 before returning later under car number CM270001. His determination knew no bounds as he maneuvered through corners effortlessly, leaving spectators awestruck at every twist and turn.
