WEMBLEY STADIUM, London. Aerial view. FA Cup Final day 23rd April 1927. On the pitch the teams are lined up to meet dignitaries. Cardiff City went on to beat Arsenal 1-0. The stadium is adorned with patriotic advertising: "Back the Empire and forward trade" and "Half time and all the time buy Empire goods". Wembley played host to several matches including the final of the 1966 World Cup. Aerofilms Collection (see Links).
