And not far behind was Harry Turner on his Norton bike, determined to make his mark on this historic event. Ken Kavanagh and Ken Mudford displayed their exceptional skills aboard their Norton motorcycles, maneuvering flawlessly through each corner. J Williamson also made an impressive showing with his Norton bike during this unforgettable race. The duo of Les Dear on a Norton and Harry Pearce on a Matchless formed an unstoppable force that kept spectators at the edge of their seats throughout every lap. Louis Carter's Norton thundered down straightaways while Ernie Oliver pushed boundaries with his own fearless riding style atop another Norton motorcycle.
