"Revving Engines and Classic Beauties: A Spectacular Day at the 22nd August 2021 Vintage Car Show" On a sunny summer day, car enthusiasts from all walks of life gathered at the highly anticipated 22nd August 2021 vintage car show. The air was filled with excitement as attendees eagerly awaited the unveiling of some truly remarkable automobiles. Amongst the crowd, CJ9 5743 Nicholas Bennett proudly showcased his meticulously restored Alvis Silver Eagle, its sleek lines and polished chrome capturing everyone's attention. Not far away, CM31 8281 Rod Jolley presented his stunning Giron Alvis Speed 20 Special, a true masterpiece that paid homage to automotive craftsmanship. The event was not short on surprises either. Alex Simpson wowed spectators with his unique creation - the Alvis Goodwin Special - an amalgamation of elegance and power that left onlookers in awe. Meanwhile, CJ9 5436 William Irving displayed another exquisite Alvis Silver Eagle, showcasing its timeless beauty. As visitors strolled through rows of classic cars, their eyes were drawn to CJ9 5903 Roger Twelvetrees' Wolseley 16-20; a symbol of British motoring history brought back to life before their very eyes. Nearby, Nick Taylor's Elva 100 stood out with its sporty charm while Iain Rowley's Lola Mk2 exuded racing prowess. Rudolf Ernst added an international flair to the gathering with his Mitter M60 DKW from Germany – a testament to cross-cultural appreciation for vintage automobiles. And who could miss CJ9 5577 Roger Woodbridge's Volpini FJ or Jeremy Knight's Gemini Mk11? These rare gems turned heads wherever they went. Keith Roach made quite an impression too by showcasing not one but two Condors II vehicles (CJ9 5575 & CJ9 5561), demonstrating both his passion and dedication to preserving automotive history.
