A. C breakdown assistance. The creator of this snapshot remains unknown, but their ability to capture the essence of this vintage beauty is undeniable. The scene takes us back to a memorable day at Brands Hatch on September 7th, 2014, during the BARC Club Car Championship. Amongst a sea of racing cars and eager spectators, Jeremy Knight's Austin A35 (189 DBH), Luc Wilson's Austin A40 (APA 378 A), and Steve Barber's Ford Anglia (HMD 408 B) steal the show. However, it is our beloved Austin A40 that truly stands out with its timeless charm. But this classic car isn't just for display purposes; it has seen its fair share of action on the racetrack too. Mike Jordan and Nicolas Minassian expertly maneuvered an Austin A40 (CM29 4043) through intense competition while another pair took charge behind the wheel of CM29 5643. Mark Cloutman also left his mark with CJ10 4968 and CJ10 4901 - both proud Austins showcasing their prowess. Not only did these magnificent machines grace race circuits but they also ventured off-road under Chris Ryan's skillful command. CJ10 4169 and CJ10 3927 proved that even in rugged terrain, an they are conquer any challenge thrown its way. Rob Huff and Richard Meins added yet another dimension to this tale by taking control of two remarkable Austins - CJ9 7488 and CJ9 9028 respectively. Their passion for speed combined with the elegance of these vehicles created an unforgettable experience for all involved.
