Three years later, in Powys, Wales' Brecon Jazz Festival of 1997, Bags once again captivated audiences with his soulful melodies and impeccable technique. His ability to connect with people through his music was truly unparalleled. The Capital Jazz Festival in Knebworth witnessed Milt Jackson's enchanting performance in August 1982. As Brian O'Connor captured this momentous occasion through his lens, it became evident that Bags possessed not only extraordinary talent but also an undeniable stage presence that commanded attention. Ronnie Scott's iconic venue in Soho welcomed Milt Jackson in August 1979 for yet another awe-inspiring show. Throughout London during various years - be it 1975 or 1978 - Brian O'Connor documented multiple instances where Milt Jackson effortlessly wove magic into every chord struck on his vibraphone. The Capital Radio Jazz Festival held at Alexandra Palace became a platform for Bags' brilliance not once but twice – first in July 1979 and then again later that year when he graced London with his presence during its annual jazz festival.
