Gustave Dor's colored engraving immortalizes this heroic moment, reminding us of the bravery that lies within each sip of bouillon. In 1891, Armour & Co. Introduced their Extrait de Viande, revolutionizing bouillon production. Guillaume Albert's creation captured not only the essence but also the innovation behind this beloved broth. The Siege of a town led by Godefroy de Bouillon during the First Crusade further solidifies its historical significance. As knights fought for glory and honor, they found solace in a warm bowl of nourishing bouillon amidst chaos and uncertainty.
