The British Automobile Racing Club is a thrilling and competitive world where speed, skill, and passion collide. On the 7th of September 2014, at Brands Hatch, the adrenaline-fueled atmosphere was electric as drivers from all walks of life gathered to showcase their racing prowess. Amongst the sea of roaring engines and vibrant colors, CM26 2182 driven by Michael Loveland in his Hillman Imp Deluxe stood out with its sleek design and undeniable charm. Not far behind was CJ7 5352 piloted by Paul Inch in his Mini Cooper, ready to give Loveland a run for his money. Meanwhile, CM6 8365 commanded attention on the track as John Spiers maneuvered his Ford Lotus Cortina with precision and finesse. Spiers wasn't content with just one car; he also took charge of CM6 8038 - a TVR Griffith that exuded power and elegance. Andy Pipe's presence couldn't be ignored either as he fearlessly dominated the race in his Ford Escort Mk1 (CM10 1815), leaving spectators awestruck by his driving skills. Nigel Cox joined the fray with another Ford Lotus Cortina (CM6 8312), showcasing why this iconic vehicle has become synonymous with British motorsport excellence. Jeremy Knight pushed boundaries in an Austin A35 (189 DBH) while Luc Wilson showcased his talent behind the wheel of an Austin A40 (APA 378 A). Steve Barber made heads turn as he raced past in a Ford Anglia (HMD 408 B). This event marked yet another exciting chapter in BARC history—the Club Car Championship—where these skilled drivers battled it out for glory. The air crackled with anticipation as each competitor vied for victory on every twist and turn of Brands Hatch circuit.
