Cheiron was a centaur in Greek mythology, known for his wisdom and knowledge of medicine. He was a skilled healer and mentor to many heroes, including Achilles and Hercules. Cheiron lived in a cave on Mount Pelion, where he taught the art of healing to aspiring healers. Despite being half man and half horse, Cheiron was highly respected by both gods and mortals for his kindness and compassion.
