A week after landing on unfamiliar shores, early explorers relied on the versatile and nourishing Cornflour for sustenance, as depicted in Herbert Ponting's "The Condition of Affairs A Week After Landing" (1911). Fast forward to the 19th century, and Cornflour production became an industrial process, as seen in this engraving. By the 1930s, Cornflour advertising showcased its ease of use in a simple, high-angle image of mixing it with water in a glass bowl. Today, we marvel at its microscopic structure revealed through Scanning Electron Microscopy, a testament to its unique properties.
