Similarly captivating was Grigori Borisov's illustration for Vsevolod Poudovkine's film adaptation of Maxime Gorki's novel "Mother. " This movie poster from 1926 beautifully combined elements of Russian literature with stunning Cyrillic typography that drew viewers into an emotional journey. Not limited to politics or entertainment alone, even aviation companies utilized this elegant alphabet. An advertisement for Soviet airline company "Aviakhim" boasted about their lottery tickets that could grant winners trips around the world. Grigory Abramovich Roze's colorful lithograph captured both excitement and wanderlust through carefully crafted Cyrillic text. Beyond propaganda or commercial purposes, knowledge sharing also found expression through this script.
