Exploring the breathtaking beauty of Ireland with Edmund Sexton Pery. 🍀 From County Fermanagh's Cuilcagh Mountain Park, we embarked on the Legnabrocky Trail to reach the summit of Cuilcagh Mountain, where panoramic views awaited us. Moving on to County Donegal, we discovered the historic town of Donegal and its iconic Diamond with an Obelisk honoring the Four Masters who compiled the Annals of the Four Masters in the 17th century. In Limerick City, St John's Castle stood proudly by River Shannon, showcasing Ireland's rich history. The mystical Poulnabrone Dolmen in County Clare's Burren region left us in awe as we delved into ancient Irish folklore. As our journey continued through Dublin Ferryport, a glimpse at cranes and freight containers reminded us of Ireland's bustling trade connections. Glenveagh National Park in County Donegal welcomed us with open arms as we marveled at Glenveagh Castle, a testament to local landlord John George Adair's grandeur. Alongside Clady River with Mount Errigal majestically looming in sight and a peaceful rowing boat nearby, tranquility enveloped our souls. Driving along Lough Salt Drive provided stunning vistas across Lough Greenan towards Muckish Mountain – nature at its finest. Finally reaching County Clare again, we couldn't resist revisiting one of Ireland's most famous landmarks: The Cliffs of Moher. Standing atop these majestic cliffs or walking along their coastal path was an experience like no other. Edmund Sexton Pery took us on an unforgettable journey through some of Ireland’s most enchanting landscapes – from mountains to castles and everything in between. Each destination held its own unique charm within this beautiful country.
