In December, he took us to the majestic Chateau de Vincennes, transporting us back in time to witness its grandeur and splendor. The intricate details captured by Herman de allowed us to immerse ourselves in this historical masterpiece. Moving on to October, we found ourselves at the Louvre, another architectural marvel that stood tall during that era. With Paul Limbourg and Jean Colombe as his collaborators for this piece, Herman de showcased their combined genius through their brushstrokes. Their artistic prowess breathed life into every stroke and color used in depicting this magnificent structure. September brought us to the enchanting Chateau de Saumur where Herman de once again collaborated with Paul Limbourg and Jean Colombe. Together they painted a picture so vivid that it felt like stepping into a time capsule. The attention to detail was impeccable as they meticulously recreated every aspect of this medieval castle. In July, our journey led us to Poitiers where we discovered yet another gem from Herman de's collection - the Chateau at Poitiers. This particular artwork solely credited to Paul Limbourg showcased his ability to capture not just structures but also emotions associated with them. May introduced us to Riom - a quaint town frozen in time within Herman de's canvas. Created by Jean Limbourg alone, it portrayed an idyllic setting filled with charm and serenity reminiscent of days gone by. April unveiled the captivating Chateau de Dourdan through Jean Limbourg's skillful hands. Every brushstroke seemed deliberate as if breathing life into each stone of this ancient fortress. March presented another collaborative effort between Paul Limbourg and Jean Colombe -the mesmerizing Chateau de Lusignan came alive under their guidance. Its ethereal beauty transported viewers straight into its storied past.
