The HSCC Autosport 3 Hour race in June 2015 was a thrilling event filled with high-speed action and classic cars. Among the standout performances were Richard Robinson in the CM8 4890 Gomm Jaguar Special, showcasing his skill and precision on the track. Philip Hart, driving the Mallock Mk16 (CM8 5020), also impressed with his speed and agility. Another notable team was Neil Daws and George Daws in their Merlyn 6A (CM8 5234), displaying excellent teamwork and coordination throughout the race. Jonathan Smare, behind the wheel of a Lotus Elite (CM8 5412), demonstrated finesse as he maneuvered through tight corners. One unforgettable moment captured by CM8 photographer was three cars racing down the straight (CM8 4882). The image perfectly encapsulated the intensity of competition during this event. Mark Morgan and Andrew Mitchell piloted an AC Ace Bristol (CM8 4892) to great success, showcasing their expertise behind the wheel. A touching tribute to Rob Fowler was seen in Historic Formula Ford (CM8 5745), reminding everyone of his contribution to motorsport. Thomas Seckel drove a Bobsy Sr2 (CM8 5250) with remarkable control, while Phillip Nelson showcased his skills in a Chevron B8 (CM8 5247). Mike Sales displayed impressive performance not once but twice, competing fiercely in two Phantom P79s - CM9-4989 & CM9-4976 respectively. Leif Bosson's Brabham BT28 (CM9-5763) left spectators awestruck as he pushed boundaries on every lap.
