"HSCC Donington Park: A Spectacular Showcase of Classic Racing Cars" The historic racing event at Donington Park was a sight to behold, with an impressive lineup of iconic vehicles taking to the track. Among them, CM27 6920 showcased Laurence Warr's skill behind the wheel of his Morris Mini Cooper S, maneuvering through corners with precision and speed. Not far behind was CM27 8562 driven by John Spiers in his Lister Jaguar Knobbly. The powerful engine roared as it effortlessly conquered the straights, leaving spectators in awe. Meanwhile, CM7 5308 saw Allen Tice and Chris Conoly masterfully handle their BMW 2002. With its sleek design and agile performance, they pushed boundaries lap after lap. Another standout was CM7 4039 featuring Andrew Banks and Max Banks in their Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GTA. The Italian beauty glided across the asphalt, showcasing both elegance and power. Barry Davison's Lotus Elan S2 (CM18 4502) proved that age is just a number as it zipped past competitors with remarkable agility and grace. Peter Baldwin and Graham Churchill made heads turn with their Austin Mini Cooper S (CM27 6930). Despite its compact size, this little powerhouse left no room for doubt about its capabilities on the racetrack. Philip Goddard and Sharlie Goddard brought vintage charm to the event with their Morgan 4-4 (CM23 3466), while Duncan Wiltshire impressed all with his Bentley 3 litre alongside him. Steve Ward and Josh Ward were a force to be reckoned with in their Jaguar XK120 Ecurie (CM13 2113), displaying both style and speed throughout each lap. Andy Raynor took everyone by surprise as he dominated the track in his JBS Mk1 (CM23 3295) - a true testament to the capabilities of this 500cc F3 machine.
