Pope Gregory I, also known as Gregory the Great, was a significant figure in early Christianity. He served as the Bishop of Rome from 590 to 604 AD and is considered one of the four great Latin Fathers of the Church. Pope Gregory was known for his theological writings, pastoral care, and administrative reforms.
