On this momentous occasion, we celebrate the birth of freedom and democracy in America. July Fourth marks the adoption of our Declaration of Independence from Great Britain on July 4,1776 - a pivotal event that shaped the course of history. As patriots gathered to sign their names to this sacred document, they boldly declared that all men are created equal, endowed with certain unalienable Rights and that among these is Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Today we honor those brave individuals who fought for our nation's independence and paved the way for future generations. We also reflect on the sacrifices made by countless Americans throughout history to preserve this precious freedom. As one nation under God, indivisible, let us come together to commemorate this cherished holiday with parades, fireworks, family gatherings and heartfelt gratitude.
