Hedge mustard (Sisymbrium officinale), also known as Erysimum officinale or Velar, is an herbaceous plant commonly found in Europe and has long been recognized for its anti-inflammatory effects on the respiratory system when consumed as a herbal infusion. The American tulip tree (Liriodendron tulipifera) holds significance not only due to its stunning flowers but also because of its therapeutic uses. Native Americans have utilized parts of this tree medicinally to treat fevers and digestive issues throughout history. Alexandrian senna (Senna alexandrina), alternatively referred to as Cassia acutifolia or Sene à feuilles aigues in French-speaking regions, contains compounds that act as natural laxatives. This herb has been employed by many cultures to relieve constipation and promote healthy bowel movements.
