Menkaura, also known as Mycerinus, was an ancient Egyptian pharaoh who ruled during the 26th century BC. His reign is marked by various significant historical and archaeological discoveries. One of the most iconic images associated with the "Vue du grand Sphinx et de la grande pyramide de Menkazeh" from December 1849. This breathtaking view captures the majestic Sphinx and Menkaura's great pyramid in all their glory, showcasing their timeless beauty.
