In London's Billingsgate Fish Market - standing amid the catch - one can almost smell the salty air mingling with whispers of negotiations between fishmongers and customers alike. Meanwhile, decorations for Singapore's Coronation highlighted how even on grand occasions, merchants played a crucial role by providing luxurious goods fit for royalty. From T & W Farmiloe Limited on Rochester Row to Berry Bros and Rudd Wine Merchants in London's United Kingdom – these iconic establishments stand as testaments to generations of dedicated merchants who have catered to diverse tastes throughout history.
