Monroe, the iconic American cinema actress, captivated audiences with her beauty and talent. From her entrance to Cal-Neva Lodge in Nevada to her unforgettable scenes in films like How to Marry A Millionaire and Some Like It Hot, Monroe left an indelible mark on Hollywood. Director and producer Billy Wilder recognized her star power, casting her as The Girl in The Seven Year Itch. With co-star Tom Ewell, she created one of the most memorable moments in film history when a gust of wind lifted her white dress above a subway grate. Off-screen, Monroe's personal life was just as intriguing. She was married to baseball legend Joe DiMaggio, their wave to adoring fans captured forever in a photograph from 1954. However, not all moments were glamorous for Monroe; she also took part in important social movements like the Integration Protest in Monroe, North Carolina during August 1961. Despite facing personal struggles throughout her life, Monroe remains an icon of beauty and talent that continues to inspire generations of actors and actresses today.
