"Mundy: A Journey Through Time and Art" Step into the world of Mr Mundy, an artist whose brushstrokes captured the essence of history. In 1935, RS De Havilland became his muse as he painted a masterpiece that showcased the beauty of aviation. Surly Hall also found its place on Mr Mundy's canvas that year, with Hills and Saunders joining forces to create a stunning collaboration. The allure of Old Mahogany beckoned in 1935, as Mr Mundy's artistic vision transformed this piece into a timeless treasure. Bill Windsor too had the honor of being immortalized by this talented artist, with Hills and Saunders lending their expertise to bring it to life. The Boathouse underwent reconstruction in both 1909 and 1935, becoming a subject for Mr Mundy once again. With each stroke, he captured its evolution through time alongside Hills and Saunders' skilled hands. Searles Boathouse transported us back to the mid-19th century while still embracing the artistry of 1935. Before its transformation in 1882, The Boathouse stood proud under Mr Mundy's watchful eye. Its history unfolded before us thanks to his collaboration with Hills and Saunders - an artistic duo like no other. Rafts at Upper End took us even further back in time; circa 1850 was brought vividly to life through Mr Mundy's brushstrokes alongside Hills and Saunders' creative touch. Upper Hope emerged from their collaboration as well - a testament to their ability to capture nature's splendor. Cuckoo Weir mesmerized viewers in 1935 as we marveled at yet another masterpiece by Mr Mundy with Hills and Saunders adding depth and dimensionality. And amidst these historical marvels lies The Earl and Countess of Annesley at Cowes (1910) - an exquisite portrait capturing aristocratic elegance during that era. Georgiana Dss.
