Its Yellow water-lily petals gracefully dance underwater in Lake Morat, creating a breathtaking sight in Vaud, Switzerland. Close to Faoug, Canton of Vaud, another stunning Yellow water-lily blooms peacefully in Lake Morat. Known as Nuphar lutea, this Waterlily species captivates with its radiant beauty. Contrasting against the tranquil waters are White water lilies and their yellow counterparts - Nymphaea alba and Nuphar lutea respectively. Together they create a harmonious display that enchants all who lay eyes upon them. The ethereal combination of the white Water-Lily and yellow Nuphar evokes a sense of silence and tranquility. As depicted on Curtis British Entomology Plate 495, these two captivating flowers bring forth an atmosphere of serenity.
