Step back in time to the thrilling era of the Gold Rush, where hopeful prospectors, armed with their simple yet effective pans, embarked on the journey of a lifetime in search of precious gold nuggets. From the vibrant scenery of California's Placer Mining sites, to the black and white photos of Typical Forty-Niners in 1849, the determination and excitement are palpable. Panning out was a laborious process, but the promise of wealth kept them going. Fast forward to modern times, and the name "panner" takes on a new meaning with the delicious Indian dish, Deep Fried Panner Cheese and Spinach Curry. A far cry from the gold panning of old, but just as satisfying to the palate.
