One of his notable achievements includes the Phil Harvey Honda 2022 Lightweight Manx Grand Prix, where he showcased his exceptional skills and determination. In 2004, Phil Harvey (Plastico) participated in the Ultra Lightweight TT, leaving spectators in awe of his lightning-fast reflexes and impeccable control. The year 2016 proved to be another milestone for Phil Harvey as he dominated the Lightweight Classic TT on his trusty Honda bike.
