Amidst the hustle and bustle of the market, I, the humble pork butcher, toil away, continuing a tradition as old as time itself. In the spirit of the 14th century ox, I bring home the bounty from the fields, offering exquisite flesh that nourishes and delights. My labor, reminiscent of the ploughman, provides sustenance for my community. Yet, unlike the ox, I give not just my strength but my very skin in the form of the finest pork products.
