The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) has a rich history of compassion and advocacy for animals. From its early days, with an appeal for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, it became evident that this organization was dedicated to protecting all vulnerable beings. Princess Louise herself recognized the importance of their work as she graciously gave out prizes at a ceremony held by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. This engraving captures her support and highlights how even royalty understood the significance of animal welfare.
