Amongst them were some notable contenders, each determined to leave their mark on this memorable Saturday. James Ramm, with his formidable Jaguar XJS bearing registration CM23 1376, showcased his exceptional skills behind the wheel. His smooth maneuvers and unwavering focus earned him a well-deserved victory (CM23 0510), leaving competitors in awe of his driving prowess. Another standout driver was David Bye, who commanded attention with his striking Jaguar XJ6 Coupe (CM23 1390). With every turn and acceleration, he left spectators breathless as he pushed boundaries on the challenging course. Chris Boon made a lasting impression with his powerful Jaguar XK8 (CM23 1379). The rumble of its engine echoed through the air as Boon skillfully maneuvered through corners, displaying both finesse and speed. Paul Greenham proved himself to be a force to be reckoned with in not one but two races. First piloting a fierce Jaguar XJ40 (CM23 0511) before switching gears into another impressive XJ40 model (CM23 1303), Greenham's determination shone brightly throughout both events. Adam Powderham demonstrated exceptional control over his roaring beast - the mighty Jaguar XJR (CM23 0513 & CM23 1306). His precise handling and lightning-fast reflexes kept him at the forefront of every lap. Colin Philpott showcased true grit and determination behind the wheel of his magnificent Jaguar XJS models (CM23 0514 & CM23 1387). The thunderous growl emitted by these powerful machines served as an anthem for Philpott's unwavering pursuit of victory.
