In c1883, as the Statue of Liberty took shape in Paris, scaffolding embraced Lady Liberty's grandeur during her construction. It stood tall alongside her, symbolizing progress and unity. Nottingham's Council House proudly displayed itself from South Parade with scaffolding as its trusted companion. The imposing structure showcased both architectural marvel and human ingenuity.
