"Discovering the Enigmatic World of Seals: From Antarctica to England, and Beyond" In Paraselena, McMurdo Sound at 10. 30am on 20 June 1911, an extraordinary journey began. A map of Antarctica overlaid with captivating illustrations of sea gulls, penguins, elephant seals, shrimp, and buildings showcased the diverse inhabitants of this icy wonderland. On the Lincolnshire Coast in England's Donna Nook, a young grey seal found solace as it stretched its body on the beach. Meanwhile, in Piedras Blancas colony along California's coast in North America's Pacific Ocean, Northern Elephant Seals engaged in fierce battles amidst swirling surf.
