Through the ages and across continents, the enigmatic figure of the stilt walker has captivated our imaginations. From the Common-Wealth of 1766, where The Colossus towered over Anon's creation, to the whimsical Les Echasses of Louis Marin Bonnet in 1790, stilt walking has been a source of wonder and delight.
