"Captivating Storm Clouds: A Global Spectacle" From the enchanting bluebonnets surrounding an abandoned ranch house near Marble Falls, Texas, to the clearing storm at Broughty Ferry in Dundee, Scotland, storm clouds have a way of captivating us no matter where we are in the world. In Ulverston Sands back in 1835, artist David Cox the elder captured the dramatic beauty of storm clouds rolling over the landscape.
