The Temple of Hera, a majestic ancient Greek structure, stands tall amidst the ruins of Selinunte in Sicily, Italy. The temple shares its space with the remnants of the Temple of Athena, creating a breathtaking backdrop against the picturesque southern coast. Traveling further east to Olympia in Greece, Mount Kronos proudly overlooks the Temple of Hera. This sacred site dates back to the late 19th or early 20th century and holds immense significance in Greek mythology, and is said that this temple was dedicated to Hera, queen of gods and goddesses. Venturing southwards to Bernalda village in Basilicata, Italy brings us to another archaeological gem - Metaponto's archaeological site.
