Jacobo de la Pezuela. Coronel Pezuela was born in 1811, he arrived in Havana in 1841 and the following year published his Test of the Historic Island of Cuba. From 1863 to 1866 he published the dictionary Geography and Statistics History of Cuba and from 1868 to the1878 he printed the book History of the Island of Cuba.
