Laing Sports Ground, Rowley Lane, Elstree, Barnet, Greater London. A man performing a high jump during a sports day at Laings Elstree Sports Club.
This sports day was attended by Laing staff members and their families, with some travelling to Elstree from as far as Swindon, Leicester and Dagenham. The day consisted of various track and field events as well as attractions for children including fairground rides and performers. Handicraft, cookery, flower and photography competitions were also held, with entries displayed in a marquee at the fete.
