The image is divided into ten distinct scenes, each capturing a momentous event during this daring ascent. In the first scene, we witness our adventurous group rising promptly at five o'clock in the morning, brimming with enthusiasm for their mountain expedition. Their spirits remain high as they set out towards Ben Macdhui. Having acquired excellent appetites along the way, scene two shows our intrepid climbers indulging in a hearty breakfast amidst Glen Derry's picturesque surroundings. Energized and ready to conquer nature's challenges, they continue their ascent. Scene three introduces an unexpected twist as one of our party members triumphantly catches "only a nippy" showcasing their resilience and determination despite minor setbacks. However, rain soon begins to fall in scene four, forcing them to seek shelter behind a sturdy stone.
