The pub, which was not affiliated with the Charrington and Company Limited, had a rich trading record that dates back to 1913 and 1931, as detailed on the back of the print. Unfortunately, the Spanish Patriots pub no longer exists, having been demolished in July 2018 to make way for a Sainsbury's car park.
