This Beechcraft, with its distinctive design and rich history, once served in the United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) as the AT-7 41-21106 (MSN 1121). After being transferred to the United States Navy in 1946, it underwent two significant re-manufacturing phases. First, it was transformed into the JRB-5 (MSN N-309) in February 1949. Later, in June 1952, it was re-manufactured once more, this time as the SNB-5 (MSN N-934).
