This 7.6 foot, 27-ton fishing boat was registered in Penzance and owned by Henry James of Newlyn, who entrusted Thomas James as her skilled skipper for over two decades. The photograph reveals at least two men on board the Fiona, expertly navigating through the waves while pursuing their livelihoods as fishermen.
