Electric truck advert. Early 1900s advert for an electric truck being marketed by the Rainier Company on behalf of the manufacturer, the Vehicle Equipment Company of New York, USA. John T. Rainier (1861-1940) began working for the Vehicle Equipment Company from 1900. From 1905, Ranier established the Rainier Motor Car Company, which was brought by General Motors in 1909. This truck is being used by US brewing company Anheuser-Busch for its lager Budweiser. This advert was published circa 1903
