Nikolai Zinin, Russian chemist

Nikolai Nikolaevich Zinin (1812-1880), Russian chemist. Zinin worked in the area of organic chemistry, and is remembered for his role in identifying the chemical aminobenzene (aniline) through what is now known as the Zinin reaction.
