In this photograph, taken at The Creek in Bristol, England on the 9th of July, 2017, during the pre-season friendly between Bristol Manor Farm and Bristol City, we find Head Coach Lee Johnson, Assistant Head Coach Jamie McAllister, and Goalie Coach David Coles deep in conversation. The trio, all key figures in the management team of the Sky Bet Championship side, are immersed in their discussions, oblivious to the bustling activity around them on the football pitch. This image encapsulates the essence of the community game, as the professional team takes on a local side in a friendly match.
