EDITORS COMMENTS
In this photo print, we are transported back to the year 1917, amidst a gathering of influential figures led by none other than David Lloyd George, the esteemed British Prime Minister. Among them are notable personalities such as Walter Long, Sir Robert Borden, General Smuts, WF Massey, AJ Balfour, A Henderson, Mr Bonar Law, Sir Joseph Ward, A Chamberlain, Sir Edward Carson and even the Maharajah of Bikaner. Each one played a significant role in shaping history during this tumultuous period. Lloyd-George himself had an illustrious political career spanning five decades.
