Coningsby Collection

The town was first recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086 and was named after Ralph de Coningsby who held the manor at that time. The area has been home to many RAF bases since World War II, including RAF Coningsby which is still active today. The town centre includes several shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a library and post office. There are also two churches: St Michael's Church which dates back to the 12th century and St Peter's Church which was built in 1848.
