This image showcases the discovery and study of the Typhus Bacillus, a significant finding in the history of medical research. On the right side of the print, a culture of the Typhus Bacillus is displayed, thanks to the groundbreaking work of German bacteriologists Paul Ehrlich and Shigeyoshi Maruyama, who independently identified the microbe in 1880 and 1884, respectively.
