"Exploring the Planter's World: From Historic Pubs in Dublin to French Country Homes and Revolutionary Statesmen" Discovering Europe's rich history, we find ourselves in Ireland, specifically Dublin, where the exterior of Brazen Head pub stands tall as a testament to its establishment in 1198 AD. Transporting us further into Europe, we now find ourselves amidst the charming details of a French country home nestled in rural Provence, France. Unveiling tales from America's turbulent past is the Confederate gunboat Planter commandeered by Robert Smalls during the American Civil War—a courageous act depicted through contemporary wood engravings capturing this historic moment.
