From the gallant Light Dragoons of 1790 to the elegant women donning fashionable velvettoque hats with feathers in 1911, these delicate adornments have left their mark throughout history. In Suzanne Meunier's "Types Of Femininity, " she unravels the allure of plumes, showcasing how they symbolize grace and femininity. Picture a woman from 1913, confidently striding down the street in her new creation, adorned with feathers that add an air of sophistication to her ensemble.
