One of his most famous paintings, "The Return of the Prodigal Son, " created in 1668, showcases Rembrandt's ability to convey deep emotions through his subjects. The painting depicts a poignant scene from the biblical parable, where a father welcomes back his wayward son with open arms. In "Aristotle with a Bust of Homer" (1653), Rembrandt pays homage to two great thinkers.
